I walked into that new park and this calico saw me and charged at me.
（ーに歩いて入っていく）

（三毛猫、ーにおそいかかっていく）
Bad luck.
（運が悪かったですね）
He thinks he owns High Rent Park.
（彼は、ーの主だと思っている、高級な、上等な）
Did he scratch you?
Big time.
（とても、大いに）
That must have really hurt.
（それはさぞーだったでしょう）
It hurt my pride more than anything.
（ーのプライドを傷つける、何よりも）
I can relate.
（それはよくわかります、私も経験あります）
Cats are calling it Violent Park.
Don’t go there.
Right.
Apply it!

同情・支援の言葉
I can relate to that.
そのことと関係をもつことができる
自分もそういう経験があるのでわかる

Raising children is tough.
子育ては大変

must haveのhaveを弱める
That must have really hurt.
それはさぞ傷ついたでしょう
助動詞、must違いない, have過去分詞を導くだけなので弱める

ある猫が、新しい公園のボス気取りの猫に引っ掻かれました
何よりも彼のプライドが傷つきました
彼の友達はそれがよく分かると言っていますが、
あそこには行かないようにと彼に言います
チェックポイント
・ボス気取りの猫
A bossy cat
（A cat that acts like the boss of all the others：は長い）
・あそこには行かないようにと彼に言います
tells him not to go there
warns him not to go there：警告する、注意する
A cat was scratched by a bossy cat in a new park.
It hurts his pride more than anything.
His friend can relate but tells/warns him not to go there.
